how to make a remote control car at home?

Remote control toys are in the hands of all children in the neighborhood. Today's market is flooded with toys and gadgets, but nothing is more fun than building your own remote control car.

In this tutorial, I'll show you how to build a remote control car at home. Instead of a regular remote control car, this time I decided to make a cardboard RC F1 car. Cardboard is the most readily available and almost anyone can build this car at home.

All the materials needed to build this car are readily available, but I also give links to websites where you can find the parts you need.

Videos are a great tool to thoroughly understand the process and make it easier to understand. However, for more information and pictures, we recommend you watch the steps below.

how do we make a remote control car at home?

Cut out several cardboard circles and stack them on top of each other.
Poke a hole in the middle and insert a toothpick into it.
Glue the round cardboard with the toothpick to the front of the bottom of the car as shown in the picture.
Put another piece of cardboard on top of the toothpick and glue it so that it can rotate freely.
Take a piece of thick steel wire (from a wall calendar) and bend it at a 90° angle, a few centimeters apart.
Cut a wooden stick and drill a hole in the middle with a micro USB drill.
Pull the thick wire through the hole and secure it with glue.
Cut several popsicle sticks and drill holes in the middle of 3/4 of the stick as shown in the picture.
Place the pieces together and secure them to the bottom of the car as shown in the picture above.

Note: Be sure to watch the video to avoid mistakes.

On a piece of cardboard, draw three circles 1.5 inches in diameter.
Place the bearing in the center and draw circles around it.
    Draw spokes on the circles.
Cut out all the circle pieces and glue them together to make a thick circle.
Place the bearings in the center of the wheel and attach them with glue.
Make two wheels with bearings and two wheels without bearings.
Fit the wheels to the F1 vehicle and attach them with glue.
Bend two thick wires with pliers as shown.
Take a DC motor with a gearbox and attach a round piece of cardboard to the motor shaft.
Attach the piece of thick wire to the cardboard.
Apply hot glue and clamp the wire between the two pieces of cardboard.
Mount the motor on the steering system and check that it works properly.

Note: It is not possible to explain everything in detail in writing, so we recommend watching the video to clear up any doubts.
Take a high-speed DC motor and attach a small plastic gear to its shaft.
Place the DC motor on the floor of the car and attach it with hot glue so that the motor drives the rear axle of the car.
Place the TP4056 on the back of the car.
Place the power switch next to the charging module.
Take the receiver circuit from a damaged RC car or build one yourself at home by following the instructions in the previous steps.
Follow the above wiring diagram and connect all components accordingly.
Make the front panel from cardboard and attach it to the car using glue.
Make the rear wing in the same way and attach it to the car.
Fill the body with different pieces of cardboard and attach them with glue.
See the pictures above for an overview.
