how to make money on fiverr ?

In addition to the experiences and attitudes of agency employees, the survey also looked at consumers' use of online platforms to order food or book trips.

In addition to personal use, Americans gave their opinions on trucking companies and their drivers, including whether drivers should be considered employees or contractors and whether government regulation of the industry should be increased.

37% of adults say they have used an app to order take-out food from a restaurant or store in the past 12 months.

Americans' experiences with ordering food, grocery shopping, or travel through an app in the past year vary by age, education level, and community type

Over the past year, some Americans have used mobile apps to order food, shop for groceries, and travel. Overall, 37% of adults say they have used an app to order food from a restaurant or store in the past 12 months, 24% to order groceries or household items, and 22% to book transportation during the same period.

The use of these apps depends on a number of factors, but most importantly on age. For example, 59% of adults ages 18-29 said they have used an app to order services at a restaurant or store in the past year, compared to 48% in the 30-49 age group and a smaller percentage in the 50+ age group.

How to make money with a booking app?

When it comes to using apps to book travel, there are similar age differences, with adults under 30 most likely to do so. When it came to ordering groceries or other household items via smartphone, adults under 50 were significantly more likely to say they had used such services during this period, compared to those aged 50+.

There were also differences in education level and community type. Americans with a bachelor's degree or higher were more likely than those with less formal education to say they had used a mobile app in the past year to order food from a restaurant or store, order groceries or household items, or book a trip.

Meanwhile, Americans living in rural areas are less likely than those living in cities and suburbs to say they have done these things in the past 12 months. Suburban residents are also less likely than urban residents to say they have ordered a ride through a cab app or ordered food from a restaurant or store through a delivery app during this period, but there is no difference between the two groups when it comes to using grocery or household delivery software.

More than nine in 10 Americans think that working on a giant platform is a good way to make extra money, but they are less confident that it can be used to build a career.

In addition to learning about consumers' experiences with such platforms, the study also examined their perceptions of the people on the other side of the app and found that the public has both positive and negative attitudes toward making money through gig platforms.

On the positive side, an overwhelming majority of American adults believe that working on a gig platform is generally a good way to make extra money with part-time or flexible hours (94% of responses to this question). Eight in 10 also say it is generally a good way for people to become their own bosses.

If you use your skills in the sharing economy, you can earn up to $5,000 a month. We take a look at the most in-demand jobs and their pay.

The crown virus pandemic has taken its toll on the job market, with an additional 283,000 Australians unemployed since the start of 2020, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. However, the bills keep coming in, causing more and more people to turn to the sharing economy to support their income.

The COVID epidemic has forced many Australians to rethink traditional employment and move into self-employment. By using your skills online as a freelancer, you can earn an income outside of the traditional work environment," Pegguy de Lanage, vice president of international expansion for freelancing platform Fiverr, told Canstar.

You don't need special skills or expensive equipment to start doing some work. There are plenty of opportunities to make money in the sharing economy, and a DIY attitude can be your biggest asset.

The 10 most wanted jobs on Airtasker

Australian site Airtasker is a popular choice for freelance jobs, with 34.8% of people using the digital platform.  It connects "advertisers," or people looking to outsource their work.

Tasker has no shortage of money-making opportunities, and according to Airtasker, you can earn up to $5,000 a month. Perhaps the trick is to focus on the most popular tasks. The table below shows the top Airtasker jobs and their salaries.

At the top of the chart is a moving job - and you don't need a two-ton truck to do it. "Moving doesn't have to be about moving the whole house. It's also about moving a few things, like a bed or a refrigerator," said Alexandra Aguirre Tully, Airtasker brand manager. If you're willing to take on this task, the average pay is $109.

The second most popular Airtasker job is a general handyman. This can range from home maintenance to hanging art or mirrors. You can expect to pay an average of $248 for this work. If you do five such jobs in a week, you can expect to be paid $1,240 a week.

raise your hand to clean a gig to earn an average of $138 per job.

Keep in mind that these figures do not include fees. Shippers pay a service fee, which can be 10-20% of the job price, depending on how much you've earned with Airtasker over the past 30 days. The more you earn, the lower your fee.

The 5 most popular jobs on Fiverr

If you have useful skills in the digital world, the freelancing platform Fiverr could be the way to increase your income. It's an opportunity to create an online profile where you can describe your services and promote your skills. As de Lange noted, one of the benefits of Fiverr is that it gives you access to a global market of potential clients.

As more and more businesses move from offline to online, Fiverr is experiencing a demand for services that can enhance or help build an online presence. The table below shows the five most popular freelance categories on Fiverr and the range of potential income.

If you have a way with words, writing a blog can earn you up to $1,470. Working with websites to improve their position in search engines like Google can earn up to $1,400. If you're technically savvy, use your graphic design skills and your potential salary could reach $8,880. Again, these earnings don't take into account fees. Fiverr charges 20% of the total transaction value.

How to get started

Getting started in the gig economy is relatively easy. To become a task owner with Airtasker, simply create an account on the platform and start browsing the tasks you can complete. You must be 18 years old and have the right to work in Australia. From there, you can bid on the tasks advertised.

However, if you are self-employed and hoping to complete projects through Fiverr, Lange says it's important to first determine what your skills are and how to transfer them online. If you're sure you're making the right offer, it doesn't hurt to sign up on Fiverr and create a profile - there are more than 200
